We live in a society where we are always looking for excuses and justification.

We seem to think that if our excuse is good enough, we should get a free pass.

As a coach, it’s not my place to judge or condemn excuses. I just want to help you see that excuses don’t make you better. They don’t help you reach your goals.

Don’t let excuses drive your actions or get in the way of you reaching your goals.
