“Eating is relaxing.”
“Having my favorite dinner or dessert reduces my stress.”
“I LOVE good food!”
“I can’t live without … (insert your favorite food, maybe chocolate).”
If you eat to cope with your emotions, there’s a good chance you’ve had the same or similar thoughts.
These are thoughts that we have been conditioned to think.
We have learned to deal with our emotions by Overeating.
This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It simply means that you are human and that you have become conditioned to Overeat.
And, as a human, you CAN TOTALLY change this!
